The Intel Europe team asked WRG to provide a ‘total event management solution’ for their Forum event, which included a conference, exhibition space and entertainment.
WRG were responsible all aspects of promotion, advertising and marketing, delegate registration, hotel and transport logistics, design and creative, on site management, entertainment/party organisation, speaker liaison etc. Our main client was based at Intel European Head Office in Germany but we also worked closely with Intel teams throughout Europe and the USA.
