Vodafone wanted to develop a sub-brand for their HR department to package up all staff communication around skills development.
This sub-brand had to be in line with the corporate brand and make staff feel special.
It had to be flexible to work across a range of schemes for every staff level from retailers to the CEO.
Our solution used illustrative characters drawn to represent every staff culture.
Ever present ladders symbolised the career journey of each staff member.
The concept was applied across a host of materials including internal websites, slides and posters.
